Year-End Celebration

By popular demand, for the second year our Sri Lanka children enjoyed a fantastic dinner and party at beautiful Bandarawela Hotel, to celebrate the end of their school year, Christmas, and New Year holidays
Arrival and Lunch
We departed Nayabedde by chartered bus at about 2:00 pm for the short ride down to Bandarawela. We were greeted at the door with chocolates, and enjoyed some free time to see our gifts and enjoy the beautiful gardens of the hotel (during a rare break in the monsoon rains!). We each had our photograph taken in the gardens, after which we eagerly filed into the dining hall for our fantastic buffet dinner and all-you-can-eat dessert! -every child's dream...
Our Party
After a bit of free time to work off our lunch, we gathered in the large hotel ballroom for our holiday party.
